Domestic Shipping Policy

Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal issues. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by email. Please be aware that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped out.

• For orders under $50, the shipping charge is $9.99
• Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more

We prepare your order in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 3-6 business days after it ships.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Cosmetics Jet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Item Never Received 

Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the product's status. 

Change Of Address:

You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team at info@cosmeticsjet.com. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address once the item has been delivered because we are not obligated to do so.

cosmeticsjet.com currently ships to United States only. Shipping charges is a flat rate for all states. 

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is marked as delivered in the tracking page. Before sending anything back, email info@cosmeticsjet.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Our Customer Care Team reviews the request and sends you the return instructions.

Unopened, unused items sealed in their original packaging can be returned, and so can items damaged in transit. We do not offer exchanges, only returns.

For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for a tracked return shipment. We do not send a label for these returns, and we do not deduct anything from your refund. If the item is wrong, damaged or faulty, we pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item, your refund process begins.
