Domestic Shipping Policy
Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal issues. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email. Please be aware that orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped out.
Shipping Costs
- For orders under $50, the shipping charge is $9.99
- Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more
Handling Time + Transit Time
We prepare your order in 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 3-6 business days after it ships.

We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, OSM to deliver the product
International Shipping
We only ship to United States.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered. If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@cosmeticsjet.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will reship the items or refund you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Item Never Received
If your order never arrives, email us at info@cosmeticsjet.com with your order number. We will check its status with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send your order again or refund the full amount.
Change Of Address:
You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team at info@cosmeticsjet.com. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address once the item has shipped because we are not obligated to do so.
