as customs or postal issues. If there is a delay in processing your

Shipping charges are free for orders over $70

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your
tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will

Damages
Cosmetics Jet is not liable for any products
damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Item Never Received
Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the
item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find
out the product's status.
Change Of Address:
You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been
dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team
atinfo@cosmeticsjet.com. Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee
changes to the delivery address once the item has been delivered
because we are not obligated to do so.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
