Usage Instructions:
Pour the cream hair color into the developer tube, close the lid, and shake well. For regular users, apply the product to the roots gently massaging in for 20 minutes. Then, apply the remaining dye to the lengths and ends, and leave on for an additional 10 minutes. For first-time users, apply the product thoroughly and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with the pH balanced purple shampoo and then apply the anti-brassiness purple mask.

Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days after your order is marked as delivered in the tracking page. Before sending anything back, email info@cosmeticsjet.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Our Customer Care Team reviews the request and sends you the return instructions.
Unopened, unused items sealed in their original packaging can be returned, and so can items damaged in transit. We do not offer exchanges, only returns.
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for a tracked return shipment. We do not send a label for these returns, and we do not deduct anything from your refund. If the item is wrong, damaged or faulty, we pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item, your refund process begins.
