It is a toothpaste in a glass jar, produced with completely natural ingredients, tested, gentle and effective materials. It is vegan. Does not contain SLS. Contains fluorine. Zero waste. damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find
out the product's status.
Change Of Address:
You can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t been
dispatched yet by reaching out to the customer service team

changes to the delivery address once the item has been delivered
because we are not obligated to do so.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
