Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days after your order is marked as delivered in the tracking page. Before sending anything back, email info@cosmeticsjet.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Unopened, unused items sealed in their original packaging can be returned, and so can items damaged in transit. We do not offer exchanges, only returns.
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for a tracked return shipment. We do not send a label for these returns, and we do not deduct anything from your refund. If the item is wrong, damaged or faulty, we pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item, your refund process begins.
